DISSOLUTION
[23] In the event of the dissolution of the League and after the settlement of all legitimate outstanding debts, the remaining funds and assets shall be devoted to purposes of the above objectives (as 22(E)) and it shall be the responsibility of the Management Committee in due consultation with Member Clubs to decide how the funds / assets shall be distributed.
