11.(A) The Registration Secretary must receive within six (6) days of the date played, the result of each Competition match in the prescribed manner. This must include the forename(s) and surname of the team players (in block letters) and also the Referee markings required by Rule 13, or any other information required by the Competition. Failure to do so will incur a fine of ten pounds (£10) and/or the Club being dealt with as the Management Committee decide.
(B) The Home Club shall telephone/notify the result of each match to the designated League Official by 3pm for Sunday matches and by 9pm for midweek matches. Clubs in default shall be fined.
(C) The match result notification, correctly completed, shall be signed by a responsible member of the Club. Failure to do so will result in a fine of ten pounds (£10).
