It would seem that it is not only our District that is being charged a fortune for very 'basic' pitches and facilities.

A Nationwide campaign to get the Premier League to directly support grassroots football is currently underway with a view to improving the state of pitches.

If there is sufficient support then hopefully, players at a local level will eventually see some improvement.
